For Full-Time Position Rate:
$24,000 per year plus mileage and on call pay.  Slight room for salary increase depending on years of experience or advanced education. Benefits include health insurance 80% paid by employer, with prescription card and $20 office visit co-pay. 24 days Paid Time Off in first year, retirement after one year. 10 Paid Holidays per year.
**Note: On call positions must be within 45 minutes from Findlay

Part-Time Positions

Night Monitor
Shift 8pm-8am. Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle crisis situations. Additional duties include household chores, answering the crisis hotline and providing supportive services to residents. Must have high school diploma, degree in social service field or currently working towards a degree a plus. Number of nights per week is negotiable. Sleeping is allowed during part of shift. This job could be done by in conjunction with other positions. Rate: Flat $60 per night. No benefits.

Part-Time Program Assistant
Duties include, assisting in all programs, including monitoring supervised visits, and answering the crisis line. Must have high school diploma, degree in social service field or currently working towards a degree a plus. 20 – 30 hours a week, primarily evenings and weekends.  Rate: $10 per hour some paid time off.
